We were informed that the recently repaired neighborhood pond has sustained damage. We have documented the damage and reported this to the Cedar and Foster Lake who did the initial repair. This should be under warranty. We will keep updating as information comes in.
We have received information back form Foster Lake after their inspection. Below is their correspondence.
We assessed the site . We are not sure how water found its way through the dam. We will repair under warranty. We are going to try and get this taken care of the week after next. Can the association please notify the 2 homeowners that we will be using the stormwater easement again.
We will have to remove the fence and reinstall upon completion. Excavate soil from around the outlet pipe and remove the pipe. Slope the dam for compaction and reinstall the pipe. We will use new compactable soil to fill and compact the pipe.
