The board will be streamlining the ARC request process and removing the management company as the intermediary for improvements you wish to make to your homes and property.
Starting June 1, all ARC requests should be submitted to
Requests MUST INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
Name
Property Address
Contact information (phone number and/or best contact email if not the one used to submit the request)
Description of change being requested.
Pictures (if applicable)
Note, the goal of this change is to expedite the approval process. Incomplete requests will be denied and a resubmission with all required information will be required.
